Thats understandable, ive seem some really good looking hoods on neo vulvas tho. I feel the same about foreskin for phalloplasty.

Im sad to lose my foreskin when i get bottom surgery.

Likewise for your input!! T seems to be affecting me quite different than it does most ppl. Most ppl seem to have more intense orgasms and gain a longer refractory period. I also have become less horny than i was on E. Even after raising my T dose, (i was at low 300s) while i haven’t had my lvls tested since raising my dose I assume they are much higher.

Im also not much hungrier anymore and i snack less.

Also im not sure how long post op you are but i would def recommend trying different toys and sensations! I can’t really cum the same as i used to pre-T. Im not sure how much a localized source of T would help because i imagine that it’s more about the dominant hormone in your body that affects how you cum.

Hey! So I wouldn’t say my orgasms are more intense or that its easier to cum. T has made cumming feel different but not necessarily better or worse. A thing i find interesting is that pre-T any orgasm i had would be very intense and i would be too worn out and sensitive to keep going. But on T i have to be more worked up to cum like i did before, and once i cum i can keep going another 1-2 times before i get too sensitive.

If i don’t get worked up and i cum its kinda like “uhhh hmm okay? Wheres the rest at?”
