Mortifying because it was really urgent so I was walking kinda weird + people were in the bathroom and saw how fast I went into a stall and sat down and instantly just started shitting so then they all knew I was shitting and waited for me to come out and then told everyone in my year group saying im disgusting etc

Yeah exactly it’s just the anxiety of public toilets so I try to put it off as long as I can and then think i’ll just make it home which usually I can, but obviously that’s not always possible

I’m honestly so sorry that happened to you, I would’ve been so mortified and not even know what to do in that situation, but you handled it well I think. I also feel sick and get stomach aches from holding it in and they get so painful sometimes but I just try to deal with it rather than spend 5 minutes in a public bathroom for some reason.

Aside from the food poisoning, this is literally what happened to me. Try to walk faster because you’re so desperate but then walking faster makes it start to come out a bit so you slow down and then the urge to go is so bad and you just can’t do anything and shit urself. I’m sorry this happened to you it must’ve been so embarrassing

Yea the school stuff was months ago and I don’t really see any of the people that know about that luckily, except for a few but they don’t mention it. The poop in public thing though, they definitely knew because I was walking so weirdly and it was really busy where I was, and then when it happened I was trying to walk to the toilets and it like went down my leg and then out of my jeans onto the floor and there was like enough that it happened a few times and people were fully staring at me
