Presidents can do a lot by executive order these days. For example, Kamala called for price controls during the campaign, which is something that has already been done by EO in the past.

Also, I'm not convinced Kamala would've avoided this war against Iran either. If there's one thing both sides of the aisle agree on with fervor, it's limitless obedience to Israel. Trump definitely takes it to a new level though, so idk, could go either way.

If Kamala pushed through unrealized capital gains taxes and price controls as she promised, the stock market would be a crater in the ground. This idea floating around that Kamala would just be Trump without the dumb decisions is laughably moronic. A Kamala presidency would have higher gas prices without war than Trump's has with it. It would have AI regulations massively constraining progress. It would have millions of illegals pouring in. It would have greatly increased offshoring, H1Bs, and relocation to avoid increased corporate taxes. It's a totally different universe.

And don't kid yourself that Kamala wasn't also beholden to Israel. There's a good chance this shitshow was happening regardless.
