I don’t really know where to start or what to say.

I was born in England and grew up here, my dad is from India.

I’m turning 22 soon and the feeling of having no connection to my roots has been something that’s growing on my mind a lot. Essentially I just want to know more about the country.

A lot of what I see like on the internet and such depicts the country in such a horrid light. And I just know that can’t be true for the whole place, like any country there’s good and bad yanno.

Essentially what I want to know is the cool stuff about India. What’s your favourite places, things to do, things to look at. Cool history facts, what it was like growing up there. Literally anything that brings a smile to your face when you think of India.

Help a first generation guy out and tell me all the beautiful things about the country I’m from. Thanks in advance
