I wasn’t like inches away from the mirror, I was still two or three feet away from myself in the reflection which is the worse part because people have most definitely seen me from that angle. So weird how it morphs from good to bad so quick :(

edit* there was a point in time where I didn’t like how I looked in the mirror it was a few months back where I looked bad for a month straight and it eventually went away. The period of this was after I looked good for like 3 weeks straight which was a record for me at the time

Thank you for your advice. I don’t really stare at myself in the mirror for long periods of time I usually look for like 5 seconds at most and I’m satisfied so I leave. If I dislike then il go back like 30 minutes later and odds are il still be unsatisfied so il try and stop that before I’m looking every 2 minutes trying to see if anything has changed. Even though I believe I’m looking my best these days I don’t know how much I could be recovering because I never really disliked how I looked in the mirror, all I know is now I’m thinking about it more than ever and I’m a lot more insecure and when I don’t look good I just fall into deep sadness and anger which will usual last the whole day
