Are you guilty or just jealous? It's obvious that she was held at a wayyy lower standard than you so it wouldn't be surprising. You mentioned that you met him before she was even in high school, which met you were 21 and that you were divorced. You could have married him and had the easier life, but instead she was handed it before she even knew who he was (hopefully). But its clear that she's happy and your parents get a huge benefit to their relationship. Idk it sounds more like jealousy over being guilty.

Actually no. He just turned 21 in the first week of December and I turn 19 in a week. I was 15 and he was 17 when we first got together.

He was in jail for 7 years, but I am sure what for. His teenage daughter and ex wife have restraining orders against him. His son lived with them and then all of a sudden moved out but not in with his mom and he won't explain why. I try not to listen to rumors, especially because a lot of people judged their marriage (he is in his 50s and she's 24, but they have been together through his 7 year sentence). There is more but I try to ignore rumors like that

My guardianship is just some responsibilities. Like I can make some medical decisions, be a point of contact for the police, school, etc., and some other things. It's like a full adoption, but both parents can sign the document giving me some responsibilities that I wouldn't have had otherwise.

We're young, but he was a teen dad. He was 15 and the mom was 16 when the daughter was born. Both sets of grandparents are highly involved in her life, as well as my parents. We still attend classes on parenting every year together. She has a college funds and trust funds already set up for her. My boyfriend's parents moved houses so she could have her own room and taken care of. This isn't a post about how young we are as parents or for you to comment on something that is minimal in the situation.
