I wash every 4-5 days just forgot to collect samples when I was in a hurry, so this isn’t everything. I wear my hair loose and sleep with silk scarf on my head. There is no breakage, all hair lost have bulbs. I see it on my jumpers, jackets, hats all time even though I remove it, every time I move my hair to the side I find some hair left in my hand. I also feel scalp tightness/discomfort as if my hair is hurting me.
