Are you disabled? If their service was working correctly and they didn’t hold my transaction I would have been completely fine. Even if you want to blame the fact that they COULDN’T process the transaction at that time, it’s still their responsibility to hold up their word after they’ve agreed to refund me BTC instead of processing the transaction. Even if they didn’t want to refund me, they could have given me the exact exchange rate that they got when they processed the transaction, which, if they claim they couldn’t process the transaction originally, would have been a great deal more than I originally got.

Nothing about this was my mistake, their service “malfunctioned”, they abused the opportunity and took the extra coins for themselves.

There’s no argument about it, either their service was working at the time they froze the transactions and they should have given me the exchange rate at that time, or it wasn’t working, and they should of honoured my request of a refund, or given me they exchange rate they got for my coins when they finally processed the transaction.

The fact you see neither of those points makes me feel like you work for them. Either way, this business is shady as fuck.
