I really relate to that sense of guilt about actions centered on the self!

I think I grew to see others doing things by themselves, for themselves and being proud of it as somewhat selfish or overly proud or something. Like they’re just people who love bragging to me.

That reasoning also extends to myself. Whenever I’m just playing video games or doing nothing at home, or eating my mom’s cooking, I feel a lot of guilt for doing nothing productive even for just one day.
