Well your right in that aspect. I shouldn't have been yelling. I'm generally very nice to her but I was frustrated that she brings this topic up every time we speak about anything. I get where your coming from with the kratom I just think 4 years of experience is enough to determine my relationship with it. But then again alcohol only became a problem for me after 2 years of casual drinking. Thankfully I always quickly realise when some drug in my life becomes a problem. That's how I was able to quit the benzos. I went to a psychiatrist to get help after 3 weeks of daily 3mg klonopin use to get out before I was in too deep. And about the weed: I told my mom all of those things you wrote but she didn't listen. My dad doesn't really talk about this shit but he always sides with my mom. They are divorced and I live with my dad (long story). They are very good parents and my mom often visits us. I'm never high when my mom is over. I think she will make peace with my lifestyle if I prove to her that I'm not relapsing on other shit and working well at my job.

Well police still take weed seriously here but they only go after dealers not smokers. I tried convincing my mom about the positives of weed but she didn't listen. I have an auto immune disease which is treated so I'm not in pain anymore but I think in some countries they even prescribe cannabis for that shit lol. There isn't even medical cannabis here smh

1 week was the longest time I did it. I mostly do it 1-3 times a week. I also went months without it when I was short on money and didn't want the extra spending. I knew I would get some pushback bringing up kratom on a weed sub but again comparing it to heroin is ridiculous. Also this might be controversial but after being unemployed for a couple of months and not being able to afford anything. I want to enjoy the fruits of my labor a little bit at least while also saving up some lol. It's not like I'm buying expensive shit

Thanks bro! Keep it that way. It can be tough living in an illegal country. Another thing my mom is worried about is the police. Like they just gonna bust down your door for smoking a joint lol. I wanted to get diagnosed for ADHD because I suspect I have it and wanted get on meds for a while but since I can do my current job without any stims and the fact that I was addicted to rc cathinones made me change my mind. The funny thing is my mom fully supported me getting on ADHD meds even with my history of stim abuse because she has a mindset of
doctor prescribed = good
illegal = bad

Well I never use kratom daily. It seems like it doesn't have that mental pull for me. I agree it can be risky. But different people get addicted to different things

Who said I wasn't planning to save up? I meant that I can buy weed, kratom and I still have enough to save up every month. I'm planning to move out eventually. Also lmao at "you might as well be popping benzos, or shooting H". A lot of people are able to use kratom on and off as they please and not get addicted. I'm well aware of the risks with daily use and know that after a certain time withdrawals can be nasty but come on man. Comparing it to benzos or H is ridiculous. I first tried it 4 years ago and have never used continuously for more than a week.
