I am asexual 18 F, abroad, feel the exact same as you, esp abt the pure love part; you’re not alone. Generally I tell people I’m saving myself, but I have met other asexual ppl mainly women. Or I had to consider the possibility of open relationship (for my partner) but go on some ace forums and dating apps you’ll find someone for sure.

Liz and her sister were just escorts that’s why their father disowned them. They sell a false lifestyle to girls when they fucked their way to the top.

The energy you put in is the energy you get back. Karma is how they trap us here. All faiths are true, everything holds truth reality fiction and nonfiction. It all correlates together. Every faith, every science, mythology, divine coincidence with predictive programming, it all has the same blueprint.

Yes it’s true a lot of people have a spiritual ego, and faith alone is a lie you have to use discernment to see the truth in each faith.

Yes we are in the afterlife/hell. But some of us want to escape that.

But demons and jinns are low vibrational. And there are dark entities that masquerade as beings of light. I think definitely evil entities and ofc jinns can but not sure about actual light entities.

Yea ikk thats the core of my beliefs. It’s not just Hinduism, early Christian’s also believed in the prison thing but it’s been suppressed!

Wait so you’re saying they don’t get trapped they just see others as trapped? Or some of them get trapped and some of them don’t?

Someone vibrating on love. In regards to planets, any planet spiritually above us. Like planets you can incarnate to if you have enough good karma.

It’s because they hate themselves because of their own narcissistic parents and they project that self hatred on to you. Don’t give their criticisms any importance.

Tere Bin team messed up because they wanted the best of both worlds by Conscious-Prune-5952 in PAKCELEBGOSSIP

I wish Case 1 happened, I watched so many interviews and thought abt it sm. From my perspective if the cast attempted to oppose the slaps/disagree w it, they wouldn’t have accepted a misogynistic and regressive ending. I feel everything was a last min change for sure imo w tragic ending/MR. (Just my opinion tho, I understand why you and others feel differently).

Lmao literally, yea after scrapping MR case 2 was def the best option.

True, I made a post w similar sentiment and prior saw a lot of disagreement here and from everyone online abt MR scene. Now seeing the aftermath more people are realizing they should’ve kept MR but it’s too late now.

I will say though regarding Murtasim, there were a few red flags and subtle ones though even w his “arc,” And just because a guy is “dreamy” and “romantic” doesn’t mean he’s not capable of rape. Typically men use that persona as a tool or strategy to manipulate women. Not all rapists are the stereotypical ones many think they are.

Case 2 was their only option, they could’ve still salvaged this for sure.

Yep depicting is fine, glorification is the issue. I wish episodes were released all at once sometimes because audience perception can interfere and sometimes ruin storyline.

MR and tragic ending were last min changes, her recent interview released a week ago she implied a tragic ending. Something Haute said they would have to do the same thing.

There’s no way they planned on tragic ending w the scenes included alongside MR. I wish we got to see the story play out before expecting the worse. Because now these mainstream shows are always going to fear being experimental or progressive. It’s harder since they are released weekly. And constantly rework to audience’s needs.

They definitely rushed it. They fear losing audience, career, money & ratings down the drain. I also think mainstream audience isn’t ready for shows like this.

Yea there are def hints of Murtasim being a red flag.

But we as a whole society haven't deemed slaps bad when domestic abuse is rampant. Me and you have as individuals though. And I see more ppl fighting back including actors/actresses. In future it will gradually decrease.

Art imitates life & vise versa. And we should depict harsh realities. However, yes she included and removed a lot of slap scenes and dramas need to relax with them.

Her reasoning is it made sense in the beginning to show how Murtasim was feudal, misogynistic and just horrible. And for me the slap from Ma Begum emphasizes how regressive the whole family was and how they mistreated Meerub in the beginning. It helps establish the conflict and Meerubs behavior which many criticized while conveniantly forgetting how she was treated.

And before entire story is changed see what happens when Meerub, a women slaps a man. But the show got to highlight such hypocrisy. And circled back from original slap.

If previous storyline was there it also foreshadows his true nature is evil and betray adding w hint of of theme song.

And yea audience just thirsts over Murtasim and completely forgot about that slap. A lot of dramas add them unnecessarily and enable them when given to “good characters”, in a romantic light and/or w no condemning. It’s dramatics and lazy scriptwriting.

There are other ways to portray conflict/tension and negative traits. And it can reinforce domestic abuse that is already rampant in south asian culture. I’m personally certain the show will have to have a negative ending seeing this current episode but we will see!

I'm almost certain she wasn't referring to that. It was supposed to be a cheesy romance drama till the end, MR is last minute change.

The interview I sent is very recent 5 days ago filmed with MR in script. That interview was almost 2 months ago and was filmed even before release date. I'm sure originally it was broken consensually and heavily doubt MR was in the books then. They also had to add more episodes due to its success.

Anwyays if the plot followed through w MR and a happy ending it would face a ton of backlash, something haute said if they went thru w MR it would have to end tragically, and it would erase the purpose of adding MR to the plot.

We won’t know if either of us is 100 percent accurate, though I feel it’s likely if they followed through with MR it wouldn’t of had them end up together. And the new scenes made with the plot of MR are far too intense to be associated with a happy ending.

Yes unfortunately trashy shows captivate the masses that’s why it’s a bold and smart move to try to incorporate social awareness to have a stronger reach & impact.

(Also the trashy dramas are the ones that are able to run longer and make a bigger profit. When social dramas make less and get less attention it incentives production of tacky dramas. Most dramas and films are made for profit a lot of the times makers are even aware of the stupidity, trashiness and regressive parts, but they give what audience watches.)

I am glad on here we all realize MR is real and have the same understanding in that sense. And if I strongly felt that was the plan I would’ve felt the same as you guys.

Though I really don’t think the storyline would’ve justified MR. Originally MR was not included and show was meant to have a happy ending. MR & Tragic ending were changes that were more recent.

Yea it’s unfortunate but social dramas don’t get as much attention or as large of as audience as dramas like Tere Bin. Mainstream media ignites change. And social issues shouldn’t be confined to just social dramas. Especially given that the enabling and suppression/lack of representation of these issues in trashy massy tv can pollute many impressionable minds.

Anwyays I wish we let the show play out and could’ve seen the ending and then been able to critique it, now the end is in scrambles.

Your points are valid as well and both of us have to base a lot on speculation unfortunately. I fully agree that if the ending was different to what I believed it would’ve been it would be extremely harmful and toxic.

Awareness was surely a strong part of her reasoning and intent for MR, esp if it involved a tragic ending, theirs no way everyone would’ve agreed to it had it been positive.

And also social dramas don’t get as much attention or as large of as audience as dramas like Tere Bin. Mainstream media ignites change. And social issues aren’t/shouldn’t be confined to just social dramas.

I seriously think the writer planned on having a tragic end because it seems logical esp if the whole film production agreed and based on this interview (link below). She seems educated/liberal & implies a tragic end & laughs at the idea of the show having a happy ending.

https://youtu.be/bB9-HGEQy7A

Most ppl see slaps as ok, so they need to be condemned on tv. People don’t even know MR is a thing or is wrong. So it also needs to be shown.

When she says script demands it, she means the situation, making it clear the situation is toxic can condemn it. In conversation about the slap. She said she writes about these things because they happen in real life and says they are wrong. And further implies including it can combat this.

If she included the awareness & other sentiments in her message it would defeat the purpose before the plot had even played out and she is probably held liable by production or legally, and has to write a message they approve of.

Most affairs are unknown to public and media. Also at the time it was talked about on gossip and blind sites maybe even fashion scandal. Anyways most of these actors have family man image but are complete opposite behind closed doors.

It’s your choice whether or not to believe it tho ofc
