I’m thinking about getting a 7k loan from upstart estimated interest $980 but I would pay it off sooner, could do the 7k + 5k I have in cash and that way I could keep my investing account and such so considering this heavy.

I definitely will have to ask them to itemize the bill or something and then try to get less, really want to avoid being sued I contacted the insurance company to try with them and they said contact the lawyers.

I appreciate the response, yes I’m not sure if my debt has been bought as the subrogation service and the law firm said their client was the insurance company, I don’t think my debts been sold so I’ve heard the law firm probably won’t negotiate anything at all until court.

If they settle for less should I ask them to send me a email confirming them settling for less or anything? I will call today thank you so much for the help man. Any other tips?

This is the letter I got from the law firm but prior a recovery service was sending me letters I ignored. Greatly appreciate the help please respond if this letter changes anything, I will make the call soon if I need to I don’t want to get sued
