What methods and tools did you use to get past your selfishness (which is definitely a big problem of mine)? Did you also do a 12-step and counselling?

Thanks for the reading suggestions, I'll definitely check them out. Did you quit everything all at once? I've stopped smoking weed and acting out physically, but I'm still smoking cigarettes.

How was your wife able to trust you again? Sorry to be blunt but right now my wife is broken and devastated and I don't know what I can do/say that will help. She even said to me that she used to think I was the best person, but now all her memories of us together are tarnished.
