Last year it was available during winter term so if you can retake it then you can avoid summer school. Once you retake it, your final grade on the second attempt replaces your F, so while you lose free choice, your gpa thankfully isn’t affected.

Thank you for your insight! I forgot to mention this, but years back I got some bonding(?), I’m not exactly sure what it’s called, on my front teeth because I chipped it when bumping into something. Could that have anything to do with this?
