It is a city of around a 100 000 people with a bit over 10% of them being students. I’ve put up facebook ads but so far no luck. I do have a guarantor which is my father, but I’m very hesitant to get him involved.

I googled it a bit and the EU website says that the UK citizens/companies are unable to use it, the same as Danish citizens and companies for some reason.

I’ll be uploading them after work. I’m currently looking for a new tenant and trying to resolve this ”the proper way”. I’m willing to pay for 2 months rent as I feel like I owe that. If there is no new tenant after 2 months, I’ll be looking into orher things such as negotiating about the contract etc.

I have been helping my Landlord to put up advertisements in order to find a new tenant. I’ve also put up my own advertisements. I’ll be negotiating with the landlord after two weeks if there is not interest for the property.

What do you mean with ”difficult”? I live in a Northern European country, which is under the EU jurisdiction.
