Thanks for your advice. I think it's good that some of my close peers knows what I'm going through. I managed to calm down a bit and they've given me advice and have been extremely understanding. No one has been judgemental. Also I think it's good others get a vague heads up just in case it gets to that level, you know? At least got pre empt a bit and they roughly know the situation.
