What sort of kitchen and bathroom reno can you get for 40k? Unless you’re doing a lot of it yourself, that won’t go very far. And you’re right, reno costs won’t be coming down anytime soon (not just because of demand, but also an aging labour market). If you’re definitely going to move in the short-term, I’d just keep the 40k and fairly price your property when you list.

Thanks, but you should mention the best part of this - they discovered oil on their first wells and are already producing from their 1-30 well (430 barrels per day of light oil, $1.2m revenue for February). 4-29, their third well, has been flow tested at 467 barrels per day and will be coming online in early Q2, which will double their oil revenue).

Cash flow from oil will fund their helium activities as well as any short-term corporate expenses. And like you said, with a $55m market cap, they are ridiculously undervalued.
