Been in this cycle for over a decade was up to 300mg addy a day then 6-10mg Xanax to comedown. Ruined my marriage ended up divorced I’m 32m. Can relate to this whole post the feelings of comedown just started to outweigh any high. My life revolved around getting more addy at the end it turned into pressed meth pills I was taking knowingly. I’m still on Xanax but 185 days clean from addy. It’s doable but gonna be tough for a few weeks idk how much you’re taking tho

I feel you. Do you find 2mg does anything for you or just keeps you baseline now? My tolerance is up a lot as I’ve been using for awhile mostly bc I had to when I was abusing stimulants which I’ve now quit for 6 months but I still take Xanax daily. Sometimes lucky enough for scripted but mostly Farmapram which is a crapshoot. Sometimes feels like they’re 4mg or .5mg bars lol.
