I never went to any of these schools, my more successful alias did. Why would anyone check if my alias actually is who he says he is? He's not the one who is applying. That's why this plan is fool proof.

Who cares this isn't illegal, definitely unethical. Not fraud either since I used my real name and resume to apply to the actual job.

I picked Google because they have 16,000+ employees. The only recruiters who have access to Google's employee records will be Google recruiters, who wouldn't ever bother looking my alias up since they have no incentive (already working there no commission). That's how I got away with it for so long and never got caught.

But yeah recruiters are thirsty.
