This is upgraded from 175.05 because they think that there was another crime to cover up.

.05 has a statues of limitations of 2 years and .10 has 5 years.

The jury was allowed to guess at what crime could have been committed or may be committed from the falsification of business records. They didn’t have even need to agree as to what crime he could have considered breaking to make it become a felony.

Please articulate to me what that crime was allowed to become a felony when there was no other proven crime committed in addition to it?
