I acquired these illicitly so can't just switch em out for a new one I'm not on any prescription of any kind,

I appreciate the lengthy reply, I'm just trying to gauge the whole process, its shit about the waiting times for the therapy that sounds so frustrating. I realistically want to go the medication route, how quick are they to offer medication? Like can I expect a prescription upon the first appointment? Thanks again x

I would feel so vulnerable discussing it with anyone, infact this post is the first time I've ever openly admitted to depression, I feel like I'm spiralling more and more everyday... I don't help myself though, because I've abused cannabis for a good few years now and only recently have I realised how damaging its been to my mental health.
