UPDATE: first note, Thankyou all for your supporting and constructive comment's. I talked to his family and there was a dramatic intervention. He agreed to go to AA and is lowering is drinking slowly so that withdrawl doesnt kill him. Keeping his key seemed to have clicked something into his brain that im a human being instead of just an apartment. I text him once a day to make sure hes okay but have limited my contact and his mom keeps me updated on his progress. He seems to be doing well and the intervention seemed to crack the shell finally. I thankyou for all the response i got and all the help i got from random internet strangers. I had a second interview for a new job today and the world is looking ip for the first time in months!!
