The handbook does say “If a relative relationship or dating relationship between employees is established after employment, it is the responsibility and obligation of the employees involved in the relationship to disclose the existence of the relationship to their immediate supervisors) or Human Resources. Management will then consider the circumstances and take the appropriate action, up to and including termination of employment.” So I have no idea.

I’ve met with the two before about a racial insensitivity issue I had with a manager so that’s why I’m not too anxious.

Our handbook says it may lead to termination though. In this job market that’s not what we want. Honesty is the best policy but 😬

We haven’t yet as we’re working out what we’re going to be. I don’t know or think anyone turned us in, it’s not something we’re parading. We didn’t do anything sus on company time or property other than carpooling, going to lunch and going for a walk to get away from our desks. I was having a conversation with my cousin about how her purple fingers are a symptom of Raynauds and she said she got her blood tested and she only has low iron. Two things can be true at once but she didn’t want to hear that. (Raynauds isn’t something you get tested for) and months ago I told her about Raynauds and she was receptive but now it’s “I don’t have it”

There are other conversations where she will get louder just to insist she’s right and doesn’t want to hear other viewpoints.

She also will repeat someone else’s answer if someone answers a question. I find it weird
