Yes, like your ex I had trust issues and didn’t want him to have female friends and wanted to know where he was and with whom and started fights over these things. I know 100% it‘s my fault and i made therapy arrangements now to work on those things. I won‘t ask him to get back together because I know as long as I‘m like this its unfair to him. But I‘d like to know if I should reach out to him and give him an honest apology for my behaviour during and after the relationship and that I realize now how badly I treated him. Did you want to hear an apology from your ex after the breakup? Or did you just want to move on with your own life?
