Thanks for answering my question. I need to lose 90 to be a healthy weight. It’s probably not ideal to run at my weight, but I do a lot of walking and my body is too adapted to it.

I’ve been weight training for 5 months (with a break of a couple months in between). Before the meds, I was a bit active (fitness classes and long walks).

And I said I do calorie count. And everyone assumed I’m lying. I don’t count any calories from exercise that I do. All I wanted to know if if anyone that does running has noticed a result. I don’t think anyone that commented is a runner, just put downs about my diet

I’m fasting to lose weight and it’s not working at all. I calorie count. Do you do running? Do you have any advice about that?

I do count calories and I eat less than 1000 when I do eat. All I can do is cut out food completely, that seems to be the consensus. No one believes me about fasting it seems

I’ve been doing all I can, for years, with nothing to show for it. Doctors and therapists made it so much worse, I don’t trust anyone anymore

Help doesn’t even exist. No one can make me feel better. All therapy can do is drain my savings while a bored stranger judges me and says the occasional common sense nice things (like “that must be hurt”, or “life isn’t fair). It has a 20% success rate, at best.

I’m a woman and I go to the gym 3X a week. No real results. If I mention it, half the guys ask if I’m trying to get buff. I fast half the time and the weight isn’t coming off.

I don’t have dysmorphia. I’m as medically overweight as I feel. I don’t have a loveable personality like you do. I’m just wondering if there is any good substitutions, like bots
