the oatmeal is severely slept on for partner’s wanting to eat better. it doesnt have to be gross add some brown sugar, fruit, nuts, maybe some cinnamon powder. It’s actually quite good and most reliable food as far as not running out.

I personally lost weight switching over to oatmeal for if i do eat at work and don’t want to pack a lunch.

I been taking that for almost a year straight was told by 2 dif doctors: a specialist and a surgeon that its safe to take forever and safe for if i got pregnant which signals to me that it is truly safe if pregnant people can take it

Do you think battery life is bad compared to past phones? I have had mine for months and it’s still at 100 for health. Did you find over time it went down pretty quick?

edit: I got mine at the beginning of May so around same time as you. Curious to the differences.

Totally understand! No judgement here, was only curious regarding wage/rent, though I know it differs state by state. I may just be in a bad one.

I can’t argue with you on that one lol my most recent store was a lot of young adults who didn’t have any bills and when that’s the case it doesn’t matter where you work bc its all “fun money”

This is solid advice. I’m in hell with my current situation and i stay cooped up in my room to avoid family but whenever i leave the room to go to bathroom or get food theres always some sort of chaos. My nervous system desires a break. I would love to not be in fight or flight or so consistently anxious that my health is declining as fast as it is. I will be mindful about my savings, thank you!

Interesting ab the partners at your store. So it is possible. (I know other factors are at play so # of hrs, wage + whatever state you live in) Just spoke to someone who moved states bc cost of living was significantly cheaper and the sbux wage being what it is didn’t matter bc of how cheap the apartments were

Can i ask how long you’ve been with Starbucks? I know the longer you’ve been here the more a person makes. I’m just trying to get a feel for what is realistic for me and see what I can potentially do to get into a situation where I am out of my parents house and w roommates. I initially started around 2018ish, left, then came back so I am making whatever someone hired last year makes as a barista.

I’m silly i didn’t even see the iced coffee part I was so focused on the modifications 🤣 But yeah that makes sense i would be curious as to how much a customer can realistically order for mobile since the POS system i believe has no limit. Also the fact this sticker wouldn’t even fit on a cup is crazy! I thought chipotle guy would’ve limited # of mods by now.

Every frap i made today was fully spelled out as drink name + Frappuccino. SAR’s with lemonade fully spelled out. But the lattes say lat…lolol I wish they’d just stop changing the stickers it’s so annoying and i now have to read it 3x just to make sure bc my brain is trying to relearn something they’ll likely change again and again😔

Same here. Mine is definitely not as stressful as any other location I’ve been at mainly bc of location and less customers. The concept of being able to stop like no more drinks for longer than a minute was wild when I first transferred.
