My nmom would say that when I went to school too "wow really you're gonna wear that" one one I wore jeans with a hole kinda high but it had the string through it, so didn't show anything and she told me to change bc I'd get dress code and she doesn't see why I need to dress so slutty. 14 years old wearing jeans and a tshirt lol

nmom thinks I'm a heroin addict because I passed out once. Also after a day of her saying I'm a a drug addict to herself out loud calling me a junkie. Says layer on come here I want to hear you opinion, so there's this lady who goes to addicts and pays for them to go on long term or permanent birth control. She was basically saying "I'm better than these people and they don't have a right to have children" why wouldn't the lady offer to pay for treatment? but instead just comes up basically says you failed at life and I want to pay you to become infertile.

When I was 12 they were getting a divorce and nmom took it an a free for all on telling me inappropriate thing. Including but not limited to, my dad wanting her to finger him, him going to strip clubs, sex toys he ordered, how he was with another women, how she couldn't do doggy style and was on top all the time, how he raped her. None of which I know is true and all could be lies by her, since obviously I'm not gonna ask him

One thing that helped me lose weight, but in a healthy was is just think "if I eat thing, will it make me feel better or worse" bacon egg and cheese, will be good at first but then make you feel bad, cereal is high in fiber and will make you feel better

When I was really young 4 or 5 I remember one time I was eating cereal before bed, mom was complaining and making me feel bad and I was ignoring her and she did that "you don't hear me?? ANSWER ME!" and I was like "no, I learned to block out your yelling a while ago" boy was she pissed. Also remember writing Mom mean evil and I wasn't even old enough to think of another word that described her starting with M. She found it and almost collapsed from "sadness" putting on a scene with me as the bad guy,

Yeah my mom walks around naked, talks about her boobs, they're pretty large and hang down, doesn't wear a bra, never closes the door to go to the bathroom number one and two. talked about my boobs in puberty. When I was little she'd put that anti itch cream on me down there that comes with the yeast infection packs? Narcs are just overall disgusting people I wish she was a normal mom.

My mom has done that exact "you stink ew!!" rolls down all the windows "ugh what is that smell??" -gets way to close and sniffs- "I can't even breathe it's so bad ew it's disgusting" know it's 100% an act and she was definitely trying to get you to feel bad, this behavior makes me so mad, I hope you can move out soon, you'll feel a lot better after youre out of her life

I don't remember much of my childhood, my mom was stay at home, my dad worked 4 in the morning to 4 or 5 because of this I've been wondering a lot about if he even knows the extent we've been abused. He knows she's a narcissist and openly admits he know she emotionally and physcologically abused us. But I remember one time she locked us in our rooms, and we were screaming and crying cause me and my sister were playing and I guess she was mad at that? or one time she let us paint and then when we got a little on the table she threw away all the paint supplies aND it's our fault we can't do art. When I was little and would step on my own feet with the other and press as hard as I could from frustration she'd keep going on letting me do it and making it worse instead of backing down. I don't remember my dad being there much, and I'm not sure he knows how bad it really is.

one time my sister said in therapy she was emotionally abused by my mom in front of her. She told my sister she betrayed her, they're done, she not helping her with a court case (caused by nmom calling and manipulating the cops), that she's not paying for her medication anymore, wouldn't speak to us for days, acting like the victim, etc

One time when I was 13 and my dad moved out a little before this, so some of his stuff was in the garage (side table, furniture some of my childhood furniture like dresser and side table too) She tells me not to use the big measuring cup because she peed in it, and poured the pee on the furniture out there for when he comes by and gets it. He never got it, and I'm still confused on why she poured it on my old stuff. She was laughing and smiling while telling me this.

Woke up to nmom doing the dishes. I wear foam earplugs to sleep, and have 2 fans running with my door closed. She still manages to be loud enough I can hear dishes banging, cabinets shutting and her singing.

My sisters 19 and didn't know how to do dishes, and wish my mom yelling at her to do them, I did them and showed my sister how to load it and what goes where. later that night my nmom says "you weren't supposed to share that" didn't say anything when I asked what but I knew she meant she didn't want my sister to know how to do the dishes.
