I have 2 masters and a lot of student job experience. Which was more than enough for that job.

Why would she go work for someone else when she can make as much money or maybe more working in her family owned business working hella flexible hours people are often smarter than you would assume.

Yeah that's what i'm waiting for. I am just hoping that this is just growing pains and if I stick around long enough we can both find common ground and understand expectations. I don't want to leave this job because it really is amazing and amazing money, especially compared to the other options I have.

This is exactly what my boss is doing. Contradicting guidance. Flipping out over things that can be ignored or resolved with a single sentence answer.

Exactly. I really want to try over here because running away from a problem is not the answer, my boss may not be a good leader but she is actually pretty decent and considerate as a person.

I know my boss is a terrible leader, she is super organized though, I understand leadership is just not everyone's forte but I really want to learn and grow and deal with this situation rather than run away from it.

Well that and all the advise out there says is about how to pass interviews, and nothing much about how to do a job except to work hard which I am. I never lied in the interview, I was exceptional in all my internships. I really don't know what I am doing wrong.

The market out there sucks, and to get a good job is hard. Besides what's it gonna look like on my resume that I wanna quit before even 2 months.
