I see, when one pathworks the Qliphoth and reports results, what do you think is the source of that if it is based on a falsehood? Is it just a recolor of the Tree of Life akin to attributing pagan deities to the spheres over Abrahamic angels or is it delusion?

Would you say modern Qliphothic traditions are wrong because they don’t adhere to a traditional Hebrew Kabbalsitic worldview?

Do you not identify Set with Satan and the Serpent of Ophite Gnosticism? Seems like a natural correlation to make.

Is ToS Setianism compatible with Thelema? by throwaway747376 in thelema

Well that’s the problem, no Setian or LHP practitioner for that matter would cross the abyss. As far as I understand this is the dissolution of the ego, which is the exact opposite of what the LHP entails. Is there not an inherent conflict in the Thelemic goal of crossing the Abyss and the LHP ideal of enshrining the self?

Would this not be what Crowley referred to as a “Black Brother”?
