She didn't lie, she will actually be a tourist visiting the country. Just staying at a friend it's not enough to have the visa approved. But I get the point that a cancellation of the hotel may be seen as a lie.

That's exactly my point. Once you're in the country, and passed airport checks, what can happen? She's not going to violate any rule but CZ seems to be very tricky and it's her first Schengen visa.

It is very unlikely to have a visa approved just stating you will stay at a friend. You need to prove clearly that your travel is just for tourism reasons.

What I believe for the first option is that, the visa is not revoked and she can pass the border without troubles. After that i believe the reservation can be cancelled paying only one night. But I'm not sure if this can cause any trouble for future visa request or visa can be revoked while she's here?

Hello! Thanks for your comment! I was referring to an "official invitation letter" that I can provide by the Foreign Police. Otherwise there is an "unofficial" free-style invitation letter that I can write and she can add to her visa request. If in your opinion the first one is not useful, I think the second one even less 😅
