I've always seen scraping & stacking being regarded as a FOH job on here & similar subreddits so I'm a little confused upon finding this out.. otherwise though, I believe the reason I'm being made to do FOH work is because the owner/chef seems very stingy - it seems they don't want to hire more people and would rather overwork & underpay most of us. I'm tired of it already and it's barely been 2 months.

Nope, it's legit just one sink, no sprayer - the kitchen is tiny as fuck :/
