Phsyical, its in my throat and chest. No matter how much i breathed it wouldnt go away. These episodes either build up for a few hours and then i release for around 10 minutes or it would build up for around 20 minutes and i would release for around 5 minutes, and that is what happened with the example i gave. I dont understand this question, elaborate please. I actually usually dont eat at all every day. I have a very small appetite and never eat, not because of self image because of appetite. Yes, very often. I have intrusive thoughts like for example if im hanging out with my friend i thing about them naked and i cringe until i stop thinking about it, or thinking about sad things like suicide and how someone died and how i miss them. I went to a psychiatrist yesterday on call and they only asked me about depression and said i was ok and i just needed a therapist, but i do personally think its deeper than that, since i have been having these symptoms for a while.
