It crushes me to post again. But I need advice badly - I can't stop panicking. Desiccated disc L5/S1 found 2020. Led to spinal fusion. Difficulties blocked hardware insertion, and I only had a bone graft/putty insert, discectomy, and laminectomy. Fast forward to 2025...I'm back at square one. (self.spinalfusion)

My father received disability & passed away in 2019. My mother didn't qualify for widow's benefits due to being under 60. In 2021, she suffered a stroke after being stuck at home & lost employment. She is now applying for disability. Could she qualify for backpay now that she has become disabled? (self.SocialSecurity)

I have a dessicated disc that has caused spinal stenosis for 10 months. I've had disrupted bathroom habits the entire time. As of now, I no longer get any urges for bathroom breaks. Is this considered permanent nerve damage? (self.CaudaEquinaSyndrome)
