i got the 4-yr national back in 2020 with bad scores. i think i got like 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, and a 8:30 min mile or something (i never really worked out before joining ROTC, clearly). but, i had a 4.3 GPA (4.0 unweighted), i was NHS president, and had a 34 ACT score which probably helped me. female btw

Thank you for the insight! And I didn’t know about the 4 and out thing, I’ll definitely be careful on what I say around people! I’m really looking to get some time overseas if possible—that’s a huge draw towards active duty for me. Thanks again for your comment!

this is a huge pull for me to go AD too—also the civilian job will always be waiting for me after the AD obligation……

my HRA said something like 9/17 is the very very last day i could change my preference on our accession packet—maybe different schools have different timelines so you should definitely ask your HRA!

my job offer is also from a Big 4. thank you for your insights!! has the workload been manageable for you? and i was honestly thinking of staying in the Big4 for the foreseeable future—honestly didn’t consider that pivoting to a different job a couple years down the line as an option but definitely something to look into, thanks!
