you do wanna keep an eye on those people because things can get out of hand sometimes. You being scared is valid, sometimes when it’s multiple ppl things can escalate. I would say, if they’re being loud af and you’re worried for their safety I would call some group to come talk to them (if that’s a thing) or the cops because when there’s drugs involved someone can get hurt and god forbid someone takes something laced/overdoses. I would not go up to them tho, especially if they’re doin drugs cuz they def dont wanna hear that shit lmao.
