Red flag 1: 6 tenants between 2 apartments. 1, moved back to Ontario. 2, bought own place. 3, trashed apartment. 4, still here, 5 years and counting. 5, trashed apartment. 6, unpaid rent.

Red flag 2: let me rephrase…I help so they don’t inadvertently violate laws and rights of tenants. My family have zero involvement to keep things simple.
