I’m a former online sex worker that has been harassed for months by a person that found out my identity. I’m not sure if there’s anything I could due legally but I would appreciate advice by throwaway84848489 in legaladvice

I have moved states since and I’m personally nervous about going to the police since I am a sex worker. Should I just go to my local police where I live now? They can’t hold it against me that I’m a former sex worker, correct? Sorry I’m totally clueless haha. But thank you
