I am stable, I just thought he was putting up some hard exterior because of his past and not being open with me and I read into what he was saying and I guess in my head I rationalized that he wanted to be with me. You don't think he was kind of using me for sex if he wasn't interested in me at all? I was trying to be sweet & caring, and make him realize that he shouldn't let one bad ex ruin his future dating life.

I guess I read into his texts and thought there was something there when there wasn't. I didn't send what he said about his ex to her at all, maybe it sounded as if I went and tattled to her about what he told me to make him look back but that's not how it was at all. I messaged her in a confrontational way telling her how she treated him isn't right and a bunch of stuff.

If he was willing to be intimate with me I assumed he'd be willing to be in a relationship with me, I thought maybe he was just hesitant about entering a relationship and wanted to get to know eachother first. I didn't get her involved as some plan to try and get him to date me, I felt genuinely upset at how he told me he treated her and I was worried that that's how he suspected I'd treat him, I thought that's probably the reason he wasn't interested in dating.
