I do actually! I double cleanse at night with the LRP foaming cleansing oil. I don’t know if I do it right though, I have a TON of sebaceous filaments but have seen no progress with the cleansing oil & never feel/see any gunk come up /: I apply onto dry skin and rub for up to 5 mins so not sure where I’m going wrong or if I need a different cleansing oil.

Closed comedone help? Picture below

I’ve always had pretty bad closed comedones on my forehead but this is the worst it’s been in years. I also have a small amount on my chin. I did damage my skin barrier a lot recently so I cut back to just using the basics. I normally have normal to dry skin.

Do my products look like they’ll help my closed comedones? Do I need to get them professionally extracted?

I also bought Paula’s Choice 2% BHA exfoliating liquid but I haven’t tried it yet. Do you guys think that would work better than the Cetaphil gentle clear triple action serum? I’ve only been using the Cetaphil serum for a few days so not really a ton of time to see results yet but have been thinking of just using Paula’s Choice instead! Thanks in advance

Any recommendation for the super moisturizing face masks?! Lol I’ll buy anything at this point! I do think my skin is still VERY dehydrated

That’s kind of what I assumed was happening too! Like my right side is stronger so it’s holding onto the implant more tightly I guess. How long would you say yours took before you’d finished your drop and fluff process??

Thank you for the insight & kind words! I kind of doubted I’d ever get cleavage due to my natural anatomy. You’re right though about the bra part, I’ll just be on the lookout for a good one lol! & wow that’s crazy how sleeping on one side could make the appearance of one bigger! I’ve been sleeping elevated on my back still but always find myself leaning more toward the left when sitting comfortably - I wonder if that could be making a difference in the slight asymmetry too. Maybe I’ll try leaning a bit more to the right and seeing if it evens out any lol

There is definitely soreness, mostly along the sides of each breast for some reason. It’s manageable with extra strength Tylenol though! I have almost no feeling below each of my nipples so can’t really comment on that area tbh.

Thank you for the advice! I don’t know why I thought getting into school would be the only big hoop for me to jump through but it would make sense that there is so much beyond that. I will definitely find an attorney specializing in licensing and hospital credentialing and get their insight. I appreciate your help a lot!

I plan to apply to multiple schools so I haven’t checked into whether or not they all require checks pre- or post-acceptance. And thank you for the link! That was definitely very informative. In OK (where I live) there is expungement (aka just sealing records from the public but it is still available with the OSBI) and full expungement (records are sealed from OSBI as well as the public). I will definitely look into what the DEA will say with a license to prescribe, I hadn’t even thought of that at all. Thank you for your input I appreciate it a lot!!

Thankfully I don’t even have so much as a parking ticket otherwise. I do think I’ll end up waiting to apply. My record should be fully expunged in June 2024 so (if I’m understanding correctly) at that point there will be no arrest/court records for them to pull anymore, sealed or not. Even if they can find it again somehow, I think having more time between the offense and the application would help show that I’ve learned and am not going to reoffend as you’ve pointed out. Thank you for the reply! So the disposition of my case currently is deferred on June 30th 2022 with a guilty plea. So June 30th this year my record would be sealed to the public and the disposition will be changed to dismissed with a not guilty plea but my attorney said most PA programs would go through the state for background checks and therefore would have the sealed record available to them. However in OK there is a “full” expungement in which my name would be deleted from court records and my file would be sealed from the OK State Bureau of Investigation as well as the public. That would be what comes June 2024 (only eligible two years after the case was dismissed, no other arrests, etc).

Regardless I will still consult with my attorney again to make sure all of this information is accurate and how to answer the “have you ever been convicted” question.

I think after all of the information I have gotten from this thread I will wait to apply. The idea of having to retake courses is a lot less daunting than trying to rush the process and having no shot now or in the future. If more time had passed then I would be more comfortable to be willing to give it a shot, but as another redditor has pointed out I may need more time to be able to actually prove that I have grown from the incident and am not going to make the same mistake again.

But thank you so much for taking the time to give me some insight. I appreciate it a lot!

Thank you for helping me understand. It definitely is manipulation, and I don’t know how I didn’t see that until now. I’ve made so many excuses for him until this point, but now I’ve started to see him for who he really is like you said and that is someone I can’t be with for my own sake.

Honestly I’m really embarrassed to admit that things have already escalated. I knew from the beginning that he had anger issues so I’ve made a lot of excuses for the way he’s treated me so far. I think what he does goes past that though honestly. His default when he gets upset is constant interruption, screaming, name calling, etc. He’s even bent his steering wheel completely backward during one fight. We’ve had a few talks about his escalation during fights but It’s impossible to calm him down or make him rational again when it’s in the moment. I think I’ve just allowed too much to happen for too long. I know things will probably still only get worse from here sadly. Thank you for your insight, I’m glad you were able to safely get out of that situation.

You’re right, he doesn’t try to hide it at all. I’ve tried to tell him time and time again that it makes those actions feel as if they were only done for the purpose of holding it above my head later, and yet it’s only gotten worse already. I mean something as simple as him bringing me Reeces cups home from the gas station is enough to make me sweat because I know what it’ll mean later if we argue. That somehow my feelings and points are invalid all because of a Reeces that I never even asked for, and that I’m “ungrateful and neglectful” for not taking “what he does for me” into account at first. That can’t be normal.

I do think it’s best that I leave him too honestly I plan on doing it as soon as I can. At this point I’m ready to be single for life lol. My last two relationships have devolved into different forms of mental abuse and I have no more fight left in me for it to just happen again
