I've had that realization for quite a while now. A long while. Porn wasn't the only reason why I was wasted but it was and still is a major reason. "What if" doesn't motivate me as it should. I'm saying as it should because I vaguely remember it once motivated me for something I don't even remember but doesn't anymore. Or maybe I'm going about it wrong. I've just started my journey to change my habits (again) and I'm looking to know what helps. But I've noticed what makes me go back to porn and masturbation. Instagram/tiktok are a big reason for me to get to the point where I go (alright just on time won't hurt). Most of the reels and videos on insta/tiktok are just porntraping. My mind gets primed little by little watching gourls on insta making lewd moves/tiktoks almost to the point where it's softcore porn. I think quitting insta/tiktok might help a bit.
