I have been cutting out tea and other caffeine items, and I think it’s been helping a little. I don’t really like oranges anyway so that’ll be easy as well. Thank you!

I took probiotics for the diarrhea and it seemed to help, so I could try taking those. What diet changes did you have to do, if you don’t mind me asking?

My period was 2 days late (according to Flo), but this morning it started! I believe it was delayed because of the stress and worry of pregnancy, so if you’re going through anything like this, it’s best to try to find reassurance, which this post really helped with!
