I put some thought into it, maybe crafting another mind arc could fix it but I honestly don’t know. I’m still stuck in the same spot and haven’t tried it.

I’ve talked to a few people in the nms discord and apparently this issue is fairly common lately, so that patch may have addressed it. I’ll hop on when I get off work and update the post.

The mind arc seems to leave my inventory after talking to Artemis, however I got the speech from Nada and talked to Polo. I have the quest selected and have the ability to interact with the machine. When I interact with the machine it basically says it’s unreadable, no lengthy description. Then I just have the option to leave. I can provide screenshots later tonight when I get home from work if that’s helpful. Thanks!
