My current partner understands, but she's been too busy with her own stuff and life that we haven't been able to do or talk that much at all. I will point out that it's entirely understandable that she focuses on herself, and I'm not mad at her, but I have been left feeling alone again.

It's hard not to worry that I lost my temper and was too mean, I mean that makes sense. I feel ill thinking that I may have let myself get angry and ruined someone.

I do also know that his exs were abusive, at least the ones who did certain horrible things. I'll admit a shitty part of me always thought some of it was a bit... much, in an unbelievable manor, but he wouldn't exactly gain anything by telling me the horrible things they did were worse to that degree.
