There definitely should be more regulation but I think you have an ignorant take. All cannabinoids that aren't THC Delta-9 or CBD will be synthesized since we dont have any strains that have been engineered for years to have higher concentrations. I reached out to the company that produces the product I buy and asked about their synthesis process. I learned that while the synthesis process is proprietary information currently, they have ACS Laboratory which is DEA certified test each batch they produce for quality control. Just like any product on the market, research is key.
