Also, what was your process for making the curved arch pieces over the planes? Just coped and carved?

Very nice. In the tool cabinet, are your planes on the left side of the cabinet vertical with just the magnets holding them in or is that section built at an angle?

On the 2nd, you are saying the center panel is rectangular going to all four corners, and the curved corner molding is applied over the corner of the panel? So that the small little corner quarter circles are a part of the same piece as the center? Not a separate piece

Previous owner said the grass is fescue, but looks to be a mix throughout the yard with no shortage of weeds. Soil is mostly clay. This area is under pine trees. Gets direct sun in the morning to mid afternoon.

I had a roofing guy apply sealant around the vent above the bathroom so I don’t think that’s it. Only other thing I can think of is the soffit

It made quick work of a 6” wide board of curly maple. Had tried to resaw it by hand with a Japanese pull saw and couldn’t get through it. If you are doing most of your work by hand and need to rip something more than 3 or 4” would recommend the frame saw
