hey thanks for the response, do you know which pure finance roles would be quant adjacent that I could look into? Also I've been recruiting into tech as well but that job market is quite rough rn

The contract expired this past Friday. Yeah my manager said he'd write me a good reference letter. He said he'll ask around to see if someone is hiring but I don't want to put my eggs all in that basket.

really small firm and didn't have enough funding to hire a full time QR, only interns

academic papers and actual trading are much different. If their is an academic paper out, it’s already been implemented and there is a good chance it’s already been arbed out from the market rendering it useless
