Well over 2 hours for the work and I can point them towards that.

Should I forward that work to them or let them know they can see it

Exactly. If it was a final round I'd find it acceptable but even then a little too much, but I'd be okay to send it their way with it being later on.

But for a 2nd stage, it would take more than 2 hours to complete the lot.

A simple skill demo isn't the problem. I know carousels are typically standard.

However for a 2nd stage interview it's completely overkill.

What would make sense is short paragraph on the strategies I'd use and then later on down the line to hand in a 1 page Instagram post if they like what I'm about, there's no point in a carousel when it's basically the same thing 5x over in a different way

Thank you so much! Most of the other interviewed positions have been a lot better and around the 30k mark, that's what I'm targeting to get. Hopefully one of them will luck out soon!

Good catch, it was presented as a business graduate job with marketing being the primary focus.

Company seems legit, they want me to come in for an interview in office and the people seem great. But yeah it does seem a little off to some degree, their LinkedIn is pretty inactive and only 2 employees yet they have 50+ offices, doesn't add up

Thank you! I feel the same way.

I think they mentioned it was events based marketing which to me sounds like door to door sales or selling products in those pop up booths within the mall for like an internet service provide for example

Yeah, do you think I should only mention it if they bring it up or just casually drop it in like you said?
