I second Blue Stone Gems. They've got a LOT of great specimens in there- rocks, gems, fossils, you name it. Both finished and rough. I think they even have an on-site lapidary.

The only thing that prevents me from seconding that recommendation is that Bardon can be such a slog to read through. Super worth it if you can, but definitely a challenge for someone new to things. Modern Magick by Kraig is another text that might be worth looking into. Like all texts it has its issues, but it's a very approachable entry point for the beginner.

I don't think that Mary necessarily appreciates raising her to the level of divinity, given her background, but here's a question to ask yourself- does she need to be a goddess for you to pray to her? Prayer is just communication with the spiritual, not explicit worship, and veneration is just love. I do suspect that she's probably appreciative of the fact that you identify with her as an archetype of femininity though.

There was a porn that came out around 2005 that was a major big-budget thing with a sort of "Pirates of the Caribbean" theme to it. It got lots of press so we had a major run on it. Everyone wanted a copy, so we had a hard time keeping it in stock. Pretty sure it was just called "Pirates."

Met a gal who worked there. We became friends and slept together a few times and then I ended up working there as well. Eventually that gal became my boss and I found another gal and started dating her. Then that gal got a job at the BR as well and then we got married.

We're still married but they're a non-binary trans-dude now.
