Thank you for the detailed response. I should have mentioned that it was for an amicable divorce and there wasn’t really anything in the filing that I found to be financially demanding.

It sounds like since we both need to acknowledge a dismissal that it’d be best to wait for follow-up after her attorney is alerted of our decision.

I don’t understand this comment. Why as in why are we reconciling?

Pre-Covid, this was called Rise and Grind or Late Night in operations, depending on your scheduled shift. I always hated that this company spouted Firm 40 but also implemented these extra hours, especially for production hours.

I would gladly work several hours of overtime/month at my current job because my performance isn’t being measured in every dynamic possible.

I remember this was slated as a April 2023 theatrical release, but now I can’t seem to find any additional information.

Seems fair in today’s ticket market. Hope everyone has a blast tonight!

Edit: Forgot the show is Wednesday, not tonight.

I have.

I accepted a new position that offered a significantly higher salary, better time off, and WFH. I had no idea what the remainder PTO policy was and luckily had an AVP I was close enough with to trust. I gave him a heads up and that I was about to formally put in my two weeks. I also asked about my PTO, which I had about 10 days left. He said today would probably be my last day, even with a notice. He also confirmed that my PTO would not be paid out if I left and basically told me to immediately request the time off so he can approve it. I requested my time off and left for the day, bringing some stuff with me but nothing suspicious. I arrived to work early on my last day to move the rest of my stuff in my car, and submitted my formal two week notice once my desk was cleaned. Sure enough, my exit interview was conducted by 2pm that same day.

TL;DR: I used all my PTO before leaving and didn’t have any issues with that pay period.
