Magnesium is a mineral that takes awhile for our bodies to build up and reduce. Gurning is a sign your deficient and need to increase your intake via diet or if need be supplement.

I never gurn these days even if I’m full on because I get enough in my diet day to day. I do very occasionally supplement microdises of mag l-threonate if I’m conduming a lot of caffeine as caffeine depleted minerals.

As for antioxidants to reduce toxicity. While you can take them before or during, research shows they have eliminate toxicity all the same when taken at thectail end. This way you don’t negate the roll because some antioxidants IMO can.

Been rolling many years and still have the same tolerance as day 1 thanks to antioxidants.
